Note that citizens are not only encouraged to seek such help or guidance from TI-Z’s ALAC but can also do so from public institutions mandated with such responsibilities such as the Anti- Corruption Commission (ACC). ALAC acts as a link between the general public who has corruption concerns and those who want to report suspected corruption incidents in both the public and the private institutions and the anti- corruption laws’ enforcement agencies.
